未來牛肉釀豆腐
材料:
植物牛肉碎 200克
布包豆腐 2件
雞蛋 1隻
素蠔油 2湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
黃糖 1茶匙
紹興酒 少許
生粉 少許
鹽 少許
步驟:
1.將素蠔油、生抽、黃糖、水、紹興酒、生粉拌勻成醬汁。
2.將少許鹽加入植物牛肉、蛋拌勻、豆腐切件。
3.豆腐去除中間部分、掃上蛋汁、釀入牛肉、表面掃上蛋汁、撲上生粉。
4.燒熱油,將豆腐煎至金黃色,加入醬汁,拌勻。

4.
Heat the oil, pan fry tofu until golden brown, put in the sauce and mix well.
